Christian Sinibaldi’s portraits in the Guardian’s Eyewitness

Above: portrait of Margaret (Peggy) Smith from the exhibition ‘I Can See Into Your Eyes’ by photographer Christian Sinibaldi, featured in today’s Guardian Eyewitness spread.

Sinibaldi says ‘the project came about when he was commissioned by Guardian News and Media to take portraits of older people in the area for its annual Sustainability Report …’ Buy today’s Guardian to see fourteen more portraits, and go to guardian.co.uk’s slideshow. to hear some of the subjects talking (and chuckling delightfully) about the ‘glamour of ageing’.
