Eye type review. Take six fonts

We make no extravagant aesthetic or technical claims for the typefaces shown in the following twelve pages. What we present are some highly professional and intriguing typeface families, chosen by the writers in conjunction with Eye’s design team, a series of snapshots illustrating aspects of contemporary font design. Accompanying short texts, by Mark Thomson, Indra Kupferschmid, Silvia Sfligiotti and Dan Reynolds, provide background, analysis and insight into their possible uses.
