Q&A with Pedro Inoue
‘Design history is deeply linked with local culture’
Talking about graphic design history. Read our Eye 68 Q&A with Pedro Inoue on the Eye website.
Above: Falluja, Lambda print, 841 x 1253mm. Personal project designed by Pedro Inoue, 2007, named after the city in Iraq that was carpet-bombed in 2003. Inoue ‘flooded the letters with arms and fashion logos, camouflaging the significance of the word by over-decorating, over-exposing the glossiness into a beautiful hell.’
